We were a bit disappointed with the materials and finished product once assembled. While it's certainly not terrible, it's not to the quality that I had expected from Mocka.
My husband and I have put plenty of flat pack furniture together, but this was quite extensive - took at least 3hrs to assemble. And the stickers for some of the parts had fallen off - so it took a bit of working out to sort them into the correctly-labelled groups before assembling. Other labels had been torn and then stuck on anyway, so you couldn't read the numbers clearly.
Once assembled, the drawers don't sit level - when you look at it from the front, they don't all sit on an even horizontal line.. despite our best OCD efforts to fix this. The drawers are also quite short in their depth - when you slide them in, they only fill 3/4 of the space inside, so there's a gap of wasted space between the drawer and the back wall.
We would have considered returning the product but, because there was a delay in it arriving (due to covid), and it's used in our nursery (baby arrives in 4 weeks) it wasn't worth the hassle. We also didn't want to spend all that time putting a second one together! Being in a kids room too, it's bound to get a few more knocks and marks on it over the years. So we can live with it.
