When I tried to remove from the box, as per instructions, was very hard to remove, I ended up pulling the plant out of the polystyrene base, nothing a vivid & some hot glue gun couldn't fix. Perhaps clearer instructions on how to get them our of the box??

Never had any problems with my numerous purchases (please don't tell my husband)
