We strongly recommend that this product is permanently fixed to a wall or other suitable surface by a qualified tradesperson. Freestanding furniture can become unstable, especially when placed on carpet and may topple in certain events, such as an earthquake or if a child attempts to climb on the furniture.
We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (including any rights in respect of faulty items).
You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.
Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.
Keep in mind that the dispatch date for pre-order items is an estimate and is subject to change. Sometimes products arrive earlier, and occasionally they arrive later than the original estimated date.
If you purchase a pre-order bundle or set, please note that the items in the bundle may become available at different times. In such cases, your order may be sent in multiple shipments to ensure you receive each item as soon as it becomes available.

"I’ve been looking for a cabinet for my packing materials and a clean surface to pack the jewellery I make. The Zach buffet has the perfect combo of cupboards and drawers. The cupboards even have a 1 shelf/2 shelf arrangement. I’ll be able to lay my hands on écrou. Wed to send out orders. And on top of its perfect functionality, it looks great!"

"WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM MOCKA. What an appalling company to deal with, has to be the worst in NZ! I bought a buffet and there was a sizable chip in one of the doors that had been covered up with a wood coloured sticker. I let Mocka know and they sent out a replacement but it was the wrong door! Asked for a refund for the huge hassle caused and Mocka REFUSED because they don't have to "legally" refund me. Mocka have ZERO morals and take ZERO accountability for their terrible service and terrible products! Such an awful company. Should change their company name to Mockery."
