When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.

Both of the shelves I purchased arrived with paint chips throughout which are obvious to the eye (see three separate chips on one shelf pictured). I expected better, and am surprised that any business would package the shelves up for sale and delivery in circumstances where there are clear paint chips."
