You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. "The easy of purchase and delivery were excellent but I am a bit confused as to the colour. The photos are clearly light oak natural but the bed base that arrived is a light walnut colour it is NOT LIGHT OAK so not sure but buyer beware of the colour. I need to now contact them and send back or they need to exchange to match photos for colour :("

"After using this bed frame for a month, I cannot recommend it. Despite having a standard queen mattress, the frame is oversized, leaving noticeable gaps along the sides. There's also a significant gap at the headboard where pillows constantly fall through during the night. I've had to stuff extra pillows into this space to prevent this issue, which makes sleeping uncomfortable. Additionally, the frame lacks stability—even slight movements cause it to slide across the floor. Overall, this bed frame has been a disappointing purchase."
