We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (including any rights in respect of faulty items).
You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.
Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.
Keep in mind that the dispatch date for pre-order items is an estimate and is subject to change. Sometimes products arrive earlier, and occasionally they arrive later than the original estimated date.
If you purchase a pre-order bundle or set, please note that the items in the bundle may become available at different times. In such cases, your order may be sent in multiple shipments to ensure you receive each item as soon as it becomes available.

The photos are clearly light oak natural but the bed base that arrived is a light walnut colour it is NOT LIGHT OAK so not sure but buyer beware of the colour. "I absolutely hated this bed. I honestly regret trusting all the positive reviews because this has been one of my biggest furniture purchase regrets. The bed makes the whole room look cheap, no matter how nicely you make it. It doesn’t look minimalist or beautiful at all – it just looks unfinished and poorly designed. The worst part is that the mattress cannot sit flush against the wall. There is a huge gap behind it that collects dust and dirt, so from a hygiene point of view it’s a terrible design. If you like using the wall as a headboard to sit up, read, or watch TV, forget it. You simply can’t. Another thing I hated is that, even if you spend time making the bed perfectly, you can’t achieve that beautiful hotel-style envelope look because of the way this bed is designed. It never looks neat or luxurious. It always looks like something is wrong. If you’re just looking for something to keep you off the floor, then yes, it does that. But if you’re buying it because you think it will look beautiful, elegant or minimalist like the photos, I completely disagree. It made my bedroom look poorer instead of nicer. I genuinely wish I had chosen another bed from Mocka. Looking at it now, I completely understand why this model was on sale. I am extremely disappointed and truly regret buying it."
