Reviews

Doors do not align and fell off

"Like many of the 1 star reviews for both the natural and walnut colours, we found that the doors are not flush. Even after fixing and realigning them, we avoid opening them as they easily become misaligned again. When opening the doors, the bottom hinge completely comes off, despite being secure. One of the doors actually came off this way when a child opened it, and they certainly did not use excessive force. We ended up having to insert dowels and redrill the holes, which is something we should not have needed to do. We also had to purchase our own screws, as the ones provided were no longer fit for it. Overall, the product is off poor and cheap quality."

Beautiful piece of furniture

"Love our new entertainment unit. Only rated 4 stars as arrived with a missing piece, which meant it had to sit in the lounge half made up, which was annoying. New piece arrived in about a week, no extra charge, and now looks great in the lounge. Would recommend this piece of furniture."

— Georgia C. (4/5)

Great TV unit.

"Beautiful colour and easy to assemble. The wood grain exterior is paper though so very prone to scratches, tears and not water-resistant at all. Good price point. We are happy!"

— Danielle D. (4/5)

Allow extra time during assembly

"Allow extra time during assembly to get the cupboard doors to line up correctly, they’re very fiddly! Our delivery was left in the rain as there was no notification from the courier that it was out for delivery. This meant the unit was water damaged (no fault of Mocka). The Mocka team was very quick and helpful in getting a replacement sent out and we are very happy with it now it’s all set up."

— Taylor C. (5/5)

Streamline yet spacious

"Blends in well to the space, generous storage and really easy to put together."

Want to love it

"I bought two and very easy to put together except every single door fell off as soon as you open them because the screws are too small to hold them on. I’m so annoyed. How can this be fixed!"

— Karry (2/5)

"Heaps of storage, easy to assemble, looks really good. Overall great product for the price."
