You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.
Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.

"Such a nice piece, we use it by the front door to hide shoes in and it looks great! Dropped down a star because it has been really difficult to align the doors so they are all a little bit off, but not overly noticeable. The quality is what you would expect for the price point and the dark colour is really nice. Overall we’re really happy with our purchase."
"I’m happy with the unit. A couple of things… 1. The instructions are fine but easy to miss little details. I had to take it apart as I put one panel in the wrong place and it meant the holes for the door hinge was wrong. Be nice if the instructions were more explicit. 2. It’s not an expensive unit so just be really careful when putting it together. The materials are a bit soft and it’s easy to over tighten screws or damage corners."
"The Osaka cabinet was very difficult to assemble because the door hinges were not clearly labelled. In addition, the cabinetry does not appear strong enough to support the weight of the doors, and the screws provided were not suitable for the task. A more robust and user-friendly mechanism for attaching the hinges and improved design to better support the weight of the doors would be a significant improvement. The cabinet itself is now so damaged from trying to attach the doors that we'll likely have to replace the whole cabinet altogether."
