When you purchase an Original Highchair, you will receive a free safety strap. However you may loose yours or decide you want a replacement one. Note - this safety strap will only fit the Original Highchair (not the Soho Highchair)

We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (including any rights in respect of faulty items).
You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.
Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.
Important reminder that this Change of Mind Return Policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.
When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.
Keep in mind that the dispatch date for pre-order items is an estimate and is subject to change. Sometimes products arrive earlier, and occasionally they arrive later than the original estimated date.
If you purchase a pre-order bundle or set, please note that the items in the bundle may become available at different times. In such cases, your order may be sent in multiple shipments to ensure you receive each item as soon as it becomes available.

"I bought this high chair 3 years ago with my first baby. When I went to get it out of storage to use for my second baby, I had lost the strap. So thankful you can buy all these accessories separately and not have to repurchase another high chair. The chair is still going strong the second time around!"
"The strap on its own is OK but needs to pair with the harness which is a bit silly and complicated. A simple y waist and front safety strap would be more sensible. The shoulder harness may be OK for a tiny wriggler but our 12mth it is too difficult to get in and out and there is not quite enough adjustment for him( he is a big boy!)"
