Mocka Cots are designed and tested to ensure they comply with safety standard AS/NZS 2172, New Zealand Product Safety Standards (Household Cots) Regulations 2005. Testing is carried out through specialist testing laboratories with the right skills, experience, and equipment to ensure cots comply with the mandatory standard.
Certified to the highest industry standard for safe sleeping, our Cots are approved by INPAA. INPAA is committed to the promotion of infant safety. INPAA works closely with regulatory authorities, international affiliates, and industry members to drive the highest levels of product safety.

We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (including any rights in respect of faulty items).
You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.
Keep in mind that the dispatch date for pre-order items is an estimate and is subject to change. Sometimes products arrive earlier, and occasionally they arrive later than the original estimated date.
