You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. What does Pre-order mean?
When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
