We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (including any rights in respect of faulty items).
You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.
Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.
Keep in mind that the dispatch date for pre-order items is an estimate and is subject to change. Sometimes products arrive earlier, and occasionally they arrive later than the original estimated date.
If you purchase a pre-order bundle or set, please note that the items in the bundle may become available at different times. In such cases, your order may be sent in multiple shipments to ensure you receive each item as soon as it becomes available.

"We were initially disappointed as it was smaller than we were expecting. We found that the clip on plastic top could easily be flicked off by a small child. Also, have not been able to get the legs balanced so that they don’t wobble. Was put together by a builder. We are currently looking out for another one and will pass this one onto someone else. wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."

"Really disappointing product, the footrest is non adjustable, the height is not adjustable rather has two settings, the harness straps are flimsy and stain easily, the mechanism for attaching the tray is flimsy, and there is a large built in groove at the back of the seat which is impossible to clean. Mocka as usual provides aesthetic-first products with little thought to quality."

Only thing I would improve,/add is a hand hold on the back or one on each side to make it easier to pick up and move around, but other than that it's great!"
