- All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging). Packaging must be unopened.

- For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund Quilts/Duvets, Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Pet Beds or Mattresses for change of mind.

Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

"This cot looks flash but my husband and I were horribly disappointed. The parts were all numbered incorrectly, making the instructions confusing. We had to take parts of it apart and put back together a few times as some pieces must go facing one way (inside or outside) to fit all together in the following steps. The drawer slats were so misaligned, even after a saw and a hammer—I still had issues getting the drawer slats to sit correctly. These were packed real fast and in a hurry! Let me tell you that. I had to Jerry-rig one drawer because nothing could fix the awful alignment of the slat in the drawer. It’s usable and will serve its purpose for our child but I cannot give a sparkling review for this."

"We bought the Harbour Classic Cot mainly because of its beautiful design and the fact that it can convert into a toddler bed, making it a long-term investment. It was fairly easy to assemble and looks lovely once set up. However, we were quite disappointed with the quality of the material. The wood damages extremely easily. By the time we took it out of the box, there were already a few marks, and during assembly, even light contact with another piece caused scratches. Additionally, instructions were incorrect as the parts were labelled wrong but managed to put together properly. The delivery was also delayed by about a month, and with our baby due any day, we didn’t have time to return it. Overall, while it looks nice, the durability is very poor, which is disappointing for something meant to last through toddler years."
