We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (including any rights in respect of faulty items). 

You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded. 

  1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).  Packaging must be unopened. 
  2. Shipping costs to return the product/s are at your own expense. 
  3. 'Clearance' or 'Seconds' items cannot be returned. 
  4. For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund Quilts/Duvets, Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Pet Beds or Mattresses for change of mind.

Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

"Overall the tallboy looks great, very aesthetically pleasing. The only thing was it took me 3 weeks to make this because I stupidly thought I could build this by myself as girl with no building experience. The Mocka team are very helpful though I called them multiple times and they helped me through the phone . And also this is my fault for not reading the materials but honestly it doesn’t feel like heavy wood it feels kinda flimsy like particle board in some areas so defintely read the materials first . Other than that I don’t really care yes it was worth the struggle to build ."

Long time coming

"I finally purchased the Hamptons tallboy after looking high and low for a set of drawers that dimensions compare to the change table drawers we already had. I have not found any other drawers in my search that compare, drawer size wise. These are for my 2 young daughters and I hope for us to get use out of them for many years. Have invested time in carefully putting them together with glue as well to reinforce. Got a great price in sales, compared to any other set of drawers I could find. Very happy with purchase."

"Bought 2 of these after being very happy with the beside cabinets from the same family. Quality this time around was not as good. Many of the dowel holes were oversize affecting alignment of parts. Also some of parts did not hold screws well indicating some quality issue at manufacture. That said they are put together and in place. As long as we are careful with them they should last. I think they are at the size limit for the design and would benefit from some strengthening especially in the big drawers."
