You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.
Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.

"Lovely looking change table, however the smell that it produces even months after owning it and wiping, disinfecting, and leaving drawers open for weeks at a time to air out, is driving me insane. It is such a strong chemical smell that takes over anything you put inside. Preparing my newborns clothes for when he is here I wanted everything nice and clean smelling but all you can smell is the drawers, it has seeped into every piece of clothing and will have to wash everything again before he's here. Super frustrating. Can't fault the drawers on anything else though, lovely design."
