You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.
Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.
Keep in mind that the dispatch date for pre-order items is an estimate and is subject to change. Sometimes products arrive earlier, and occasionally they arrive later than the original estimated date.
If you purchase a pre-order bundle or set, please note that the items in the bundle may become available at different times. In such cases, your order may be sent in multiple shipments to ensure you receive each item as soon as it becomes available.

"Love these bedside tables. They look exactly like the picture, easy to put together and I love the little round feet. Only point to make is you need two hands to open the drawer (being a push to open drawer) so you can’t open from lying down - not a major just a note."

"Looks great, seems plenty sturdy. But the push to open mechanism is more of a whack to open, definitely going to have to find some pull handles or figure out how to change/upgrade the push to open mechanism to be more easily usable. Colour does seem to be a little duller than the photos (which appear to lean a little warmer in tone than real life). Definitely will love the drawers (once I've figured an alternative way to open the drawers easily), but they're not quite a simple out of the box, make up, and then done type solution."
