You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below.   1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).  Packaging must be unopened. 
  2. Shipping costs to return the product/s are at your own expense.

  4. For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund Quilts/Duvets, Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Pet Beds or Mattresses for change of mind.

Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

Disappointed by colour, quality and value

"Initially I was very excited to receive my order especially looking forward to colour "Midnight" - to me the website images are of a lovely navy/dark blue tallboy. However since then I have been very underwhelmed and overall disappointed by the whole experience. The item arrived a day earlier than the courier text message advised (so no one was home to receive it) and a whole week earlier than the email I received yesterday, "Your order is on its way". The screws provided for drawers (runners) were too small so I had to purchase larger ones to keep them affixed. None of the drawers are flush, particularly one of the two top square drawers (see pic). The overall colour is much more grey than blue. And lastly there was several small chips already - see pics - and I feel it will be easy to chip further. I am a long time customer of Mocka but I'm afraid this could be my last purchase. Especially as I didn't think it was an inexpensive item (it wasn't on sale)"

Tall boy and bedside tables

"Wow !!!!! Never thought I could buy “blue” furniture for my white bedroom !!!! I am so happy ,, I just googled Blue bedroom. Furniture” and up popped Mocka. I purchased. 2 tall boys and 2 bedside tables and they are all fantastic “ the blue is a beautiful colour which sets off my white bedroom making it look very glamorous . I did not know it would be a flat pack purchase. . after putting together 5 new beds it was a bit daunting to start again and put 4 more items together. . I was a breeze !!! Not anywhere near as painful as the beds ! ( not one argument with my husband !) the quality of this product(s) is fantastic, beautifully made. I found that the drawers were just a little bit wobbly but I still give a “5” out of 5. The price is very reasonable which I suppose why it is flat pack. . who cares !!!! I love love love this product . . keep up the great work Mocka Kinds regards from a very happy customer . . Julie"

Look good but not sturdy

"These drawers look nice but they are flimsy. Only used to store clothes and NOT over-filled (barely filled at all), but they come off the rollers, and are just generally thin and cheap- but they are not fheap to buy! I wouldn't buy again, go second hand wood or Ikea."

Looks nice but disappointing finish.

"We bought this last year and have finally built it after moving into our house. It looks lovely, but the runners are flimsy and already catch when opening and shutting the large drawers. There were also two sections on the front of the drawers where the colour had been chipped off (it was built on a rug) so it already appears damaged. Has put us off buying again sorry."

"Colour is very different from the website - more grey than navy. Drawers don’t hold much as they are much smaller than the dresser size but it does look nice. Not usual Mocka standard with one piece damaged when it arrived."
