You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.
Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.
Keep in mind that the dispatch date for pre-order items is an estimate and is subject to change. Sometimes products arrive earlier, and occasionally they arrive later than the original estimated date.

"Absolutely love this unit! The colour is exactly what I was hoping for, and it looks so much more expensive than it is. Assembly was a breeze and actually quite satisfying. I genuinely enjoyed putting it together. I purchased two and placed them side by side to create the size I wanted- one long unit, and it has completely transformed the room. "I emailed the Mocka team before purchasing as saw some review comments that the colour wasn't 'midnight blue' as per the listing photos. The team member confirmed it was 'deep navy', and made a good point - that the colour depends on the light in the room and colours around it. I purchased it and my 10 year old spent the morning assembling the drawers (ie it was pretty straightforward). It looks great - but it's more of a steel blue. I've done a swatch to show how the unit looks in our room. So not the deep blue I was expecting, but still looks premium and I'm happy. It feels sturdy and well made."
