"This chair is extremely poorly designed and does not match the height of most desks. Even when adjusted to its lowest setting, it still sits far too high when someone is seated, causing significant discomfort to the back and spine. I have already raised that it is not fit for purpose, but the store has refused a refund on the basis that it is a clearance item. This does not comply with consumer law and infringes upon my rights as a consumer."
