We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (including any rights in respect of faulty items).

"We love the Arlo. After weeks of searching, this was the only bed I saw and actually liked straight away. I kept coming back to it so knew we had to purchase for my 3 year old (I did ask her first haha, but perhaps it was Coco that sold her. . . ). I love how close it is to the floor, its so easy to get in and out of, I have far less worries about falls (during the night or from bouncing on the bed!) and the neutral colour means we can go crazy on the quilt covers without clashing. I did think the sides would be a little softer than they are and bear in mind if you are placing against the wall, you will have a gap courtesy of the bed head (but this works for us)."
