We strongly recommend that this product is permanently fixed to a wall or other suitable surface by a qualified tradesperson. Freestanding furniture can become unstable, especially when placed on carpet and may topple in certain events, such as an earthquake or if a child attempts to climb on the furniture.
We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (including any rights in respect of faulty items).
You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.
Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.
Keep in mind that the dispatch date for pre-order items is an estimate and is subject to change. Sometimes products arrive earlier, and occasionally they arrive later than the original estimated date.
If you purchase a pre-order bundle or set, please note that the items in the bundle may become available at different times. In such cases, your order may be sent in multiple shipments to ensure you receive each item as soon as it becomes available.

"I'm using the shelving unit as a room divider in my living room and it's stunning. It was easy to build and looks amazing. There's two things that could be better in the design: One of the arches fits perfectly onto the rest of the structure. For the second one I had to use a bit more force, and it doesn't quite sit as flush where the parts connect. I've covered it with a hanging plant. Secondly, an easy to solve one is the screws. They don't match the colour of the cabinet, aren't flush and therefor stand out quite a lot visually. Even providing stickers/covers in the right colour for them would have made a big difference."
