Poor quality components. Many of the locking nuts of the Parker Three Drawer was extremely poor quality. The die used to cut it or the mould from which it was cast must have been of an inferior quality because many of the nuts would not lock because they were malformed and therefore not allowing the full rotation required to lock the metal pegs in place. The result was that during and after assembly the locking nuts became dislodged. Also, for some reason there were some holes which should have been predrilled, but wasn't. The last straw was that some of the metal guide rails for the drawers were not shaped properly. This means that all the drawers have a wider gap on the left than the right when facing the drawers. It was a very frustrating assembly. I wanted to include photos, but I'd rather not remind myself of the issues again. My previous purchase was a hallway table, which ALSO did not come with predrilled holes. I didn't expect to need power tools to assemble a flat pack unit.
