We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (including any rights in respect of faulty items). 

You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded. 

  1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).  Packaging must be unopened. 
  2. Shipping costs to return the product/s are at your own expense. 
  3. 'Clearance' or 'Seconds' items cannot be returned. 
  4. For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund Quilts/Duvets, Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Pet Beds or Mattresses for change of mind. 
  5. These conditions apply only to Change of Mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty. If you have a faulty item to return, please click here. 

Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

What does Pre-order mean?

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.

You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.

Looks Great, But Not Built to Last

"Unfortunately, I’ve had the same issue with two Mocka desks now. The latest desk was assembled correctly and then only gently moved around 30cm to align it where my son wanted it in his bedroom. During the move, the desk became unstable and the structure/joins were not strong enough to handle even this very minor repositioning. I had to purchase additional brackets and modify/reinforce the desk myself to make it secure. What is particularly disappointing is that exactly the same thing happened with the Mocka desk we purchased for our daughter a few years ago. For context, I’m a qualified mechanic and have renovated houses, caravans and completed landscaping work, so I’m very comfortable with assembling and building things. I’m confident this is not an issue with my assembly ability. The design may look good and the desks are reasonably priced, but in my experience the structural strength and durability of the construction are disappointing. I shouldn’t have to buy additional hardware and modify a brand-new desk simply because it needs to be moved a short distance."

A bit disappointed

"Have bought plenty of Mocka pieces over the years and seldom had a problem. I can’t the same for this piece though. All joints held together by shallow cam lock screws (with little holding power) that once the table is made, if you move it the slightest the joins will pull apart. Granted, Mocka sent new parts but we’ve had to reinforce all joints with metal brackets to hold it all together. Not worth the price we paid."
