We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (including any rights in respect of faulty items). 

You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded. 

  1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).  Packaging must be unopened. 
  2. Shipping costs to return the product/s are at your own expense. 
  3. 'Clearance' or 'Seconds' items cannot be returned. 
  4. For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund Quilts/Duvets, Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Pet Beds or Mattresses for change of mind. 
  5. These conditions apply only to Change of Mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty. If you have a faulty item to return, please click here. 

Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

What does Pre-order mean?

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.

You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.

"I brought this for my 89 year old who in March had a bad fall requiring spinal surgery. He has been left with not much feeling in his hands. This rotating bookshelf has been perfect to put beside his lazyboy. He can have everything he needs next to him, he has enough strength on his hands to rotate it like a lazy Susan, the side shelves are perfect for remote controls , glasses etc . He loves it and is the envy of others in his rest home. Maybe you need to market it outside of your kids furniture section as really suits an elderly person with small living condition. If he was to change anything he would take off the curvy bits on the top and just have it cut with a flat surface. Couldn’t have found anything to suit him better. Thank you"

Great bookshelf for little ones

"Another happy purchase from Mocka! I got this bookshelf for my 3 year old after I was really impressed with a colourful locker I bought from them earlier. The shipping is quick, the instructions for making are really clear, and the quality is good. My daughter loves this bookshelf, and has been pulling out books to read much more often than when they were all sitting in a traditional bookshelf (or in piles). The bookshelf holds a surprising amount of books, doesn't take up too much space, and I think has an element of fun for little ones with the rotation."

Lovely for toddlers room

"This bookshelf looks great, is sturdy, rotates well, holds lots of board books etc. I don’t like the large warning sticker that’s meant to stay on. I didn’t realise it’d have to be attached to the wall for safety but that was easy to do. It was easy to put together. Would be great if the bottom shelf didn’t have a middle wall so you could store more large picture books."

Some of the panels arrived

"Some of the panels arrived damaged (see photos of a couple). These do not affect use of the shelves, and when put together are most hardly noticeable (I just know they are there). We love the bookcase. It is a space saver in a smaller nursery space. The fact it has shelves and places for books was a winner for us - some toys can be out on the shelves and books stored neatly in the sides."
