To be honest I was really disappointed in my experience with Mocka this time. I purchased a change table that is so low that it should never be considered or sold as a change table, even my shorter friends all think its crazy low. I will admit that I should have looked further into the size, however it never crossed my mind that something that was sold as a change table would be so low you can’t actually use it as one. The cost to ship it back was so high that we are now just trying to sell it on trade me. On top of this we have pieces missing from the box. When I contacted the team they were going to arrange for them to be shipped but I would have expected this to go out the same day as I had not received something that I had paid for, however this wasn’t sent until two days later.
