You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that any associated shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.
Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.
Keep in mind that the dispatch date for pre-order items is an estimate and is subject to change. Sometimes products arrive earlier, and occasionally they arrive later than the original estimated date.

"We have owned this play pen for less than 3 weeks. On day 2, one of the palings split. The locking mechanism used to move the panels around is fragile and clicks off easily, making it a really painful experience to move it around when you need to clean. Please save your money and don't buy the product, the wood is weak and the panels difficult to move around."

"It moves too easily and doesn’t hold steady and the Matt doesn’t fit the pen quite right. Not worth what I paid. Also mocka service was really bad. Item was over a week late and they kept responding with what was essentially a non response, the item was showed delivered, but it wasn’t, then they said it was coming the week after then decided to deliver my item on a Saturday without notifying me!"
