We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (including any rights in respect of faulty items).
You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for a full refund of the price you paid for the item or alternatively this can be issued back as a Store Credit for your next purchase), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. "While we did receive the desk with a broken panel, (freight company fault) and another split when put a screw in Mocka were very good in sorting out the issue with replacement panels. Even the one that split. Once we put desk together it seems to serve it's purpose for our Son. While the particle board leaves a lot to be desired, with a bit of care in the build phase it should go together ok. Just be aware of particle board not being as strong as fibre board which is a lot stronger. Take your time and you should be ok. Only reason I gave only 3 stars was the particle board really otherwise I would have given it 4. Even when desk is built and a bit more braced you would need to be careful moving it as relatively fragile, so pick it up with a person at each end and lift via the side panels and not lift by desk top. Good desk for what it is and does the job if you treat it with respect."
