I really like the design and size, I think it’s pretty good for the price too, however I was extremely surprised to see that a play mat for children/babies is completely unwashable. I would have thought that you would be able to at the very least hand wash it, and ideally have an outer layer which can be removed and washed. In reality the instructions are to only “spot clean” the item.

Service from Mocka was great, however the service from the delivery company (Castle Parcel) was terrible. 3 weeks from order to eventual delivery. At one point was even told me they had lost my order and could not find it. Made contact several time but never received a call back.
