Currency - All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

We offer a one year guarantee on all our products, this covers all manufacturer defects only, and we must be notified within 10 days of receiving the goods.  The guarantee does not cover damaged caused while the products are in normal everyday use.

Delivery - All products are dispatched via Track & Trace courier. Orders received before 11am will be dispatched same day. Delivery is three working days (allow two extra days for Rural Delivery)

Returns - We want you to always be happy with your purchase, therefore if you change your mind about an item purchased or it is damaged or defective simply return it for a replacement, refund or exchange.

All returns must be in their original condition including all protective packaging and returned within seven days of you having received the goods.

If upon delivery your item is damaged or defective we will arrange for return freight, however if you simply change your mind, please cover freight costs to return back to us.

Privacy - Your personal information is safe with us. We will not pass on any information you supply without your consent to persons outside of our organisation. Please advise us if you do not wish to be included on our email database for future offers and new products.

Payment - We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard only) or direct credit to our bank account.
